How much does it cost to ship?

How do I know that my order has been received?

How do I know that my parcel has been dispatched?

The moment we dispatch your parcel, you will receive an e-mail with the tracking directly from the courier.

How quickly will I receive the parcel?

It depends on the day you place your order. Shipments leave twice a week, on Mondays and Thursdays. Orders received by Friday at 6pm are shipped the following Monday. Orders received by Tuesday at 6pm are shipped by Thursday. Shipping times vary depending on the country chosen, but are between 3 and 4 working days.

How can I track the parcel?

As soon as we dispatch your parcel, we send you a confirmation email with a link to track your parcel

Can I choose the time slot for shipping?

You can enter some information in the notes field which we will pass on to the courier, but these are not binding for him. So try to enter an address where you or someone you know can be reached more safely.

What happens if I am not at home when the customer arrives?

In this case, by checking the tracking link, you will still have to contact the courier depot nearest to you to arrange a new passage.

Do you also ship to the UK despite brexit?

Yes, no problem. Packages arrive within the guaranteed time for other countries. Customs clearance and VAT costs will be payable to the courier.

Is there a minimum quantity of goods per order?

Not at all. You can order as much as you like, even one piece at a time. However, the shipping cost also varies depending on the weight, and the first weight range is up to 10 kg. It does not depend on us, but on the courier, so we cannot change this parameter. This means that ordering one parcel of pasta at a time, although possible, is not very convenient. We therefore advise you to order a quantity very close to the upper limit of one weight step each time.

How do I know how much the goods I ordered weigh? How do I know how much it costs to ship my parcel to the country I have chosen?

As you add items to your basket, the system calculates the total weight of your parcel and the total cost of shipping according to the selected country, which you can see by entering your basket

How do I set the correct shipping rate?

Don't worry, the system does it for you. Going ahead with the order, you will be asked to enter the shipping address. The system recognises this and enters the correct shipping rate in the final bill.

What happens if the parcel reaches me broken or the goods arrive damaged?

Why don't you also sell fresh produce?

Not yet, but we are working on equipping ourselves. Fresh products pose conservation problems during shipment. To ensure that they arrive at their destination perfectly preserved, it is necessary to ship them in heat-sealed boxes. We are already testing to make sure that everything is OK and then we will start selling fresh produce. Follow our social channels to keep abreast of this and all other news.

Can I request particular products that I like and would like to buy, but cannot find on the site?

We are always ready to receive advice on what you might find useful. If we can, we will put your suggestions in the shop and they will be available for later purchase.

Payment and Invoicing

What means of payment do you accept?

You can pay by PayPal or bank transfer. If you choose bank transfer, your order will be processed as soon as we receive the credit on our account.

How do I receive an invoice?

How can I benefit from a discount code?

I am ordering for the first time and I saw that there is a welcome offer. How does it work?
