The term 'Cundiun', in Italian 'condiglione', derives from the verb condire and is a typical speciality of the province of Imperia.

It is a mixture of raw vegetables in salad, very rich and richly seasoned (hence the name), which looks inviting and can be used as an appetiser with slices of homemade bread.

Ingredients in varying proportions: sun-dried tomatoes, musk mushrooms (Volvaria Volvacea), artichokes, pitted Riviera olives (exceptionally some fruit may contain the stone or part of it), capers, anchovies24% olive oil, wine vinegar, salt.
May contain traces of milk, eggs, nuts and sulphites.

Store in a cool, dry place, away from light and heat sources. Once opened, cover with oil and store in the refrigerator.
