Type '0' bread with sunflower oil and sourdough.
Flour of wheat soft type '0', water, sugar, sunflower oil 1.5%, salt, yeast, flour from soya, emulsifiers (mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, sodium stearoyl-2-lactylate).
May contain traces of milk and eggs.
Store in a cool, dry place and away from heat sources. After opening, store at room temperature and consume within a few days.
