BROADCAST: Semolina of wheat hard, Flour of wheat soft type '00', Eggs fresh pasteurised.FILLING: Speck (40%), Brie cheese (milk, salt, lactic ferments) (30%), Fresh ricotta (whey from milk vaccine, salt), Eggs fresh pasteurised Parmesan cheese (milk, salt, rennet), Grana Padano (milksalt, rennet, Lizosima protein of theegg).

Storage modes
