Cereals 86% (flour from wheat soft type '1', flour from rye, flour barley, flour of wheat spelt, flaked flour oatmeal, maize flour, rice flour), seeds of sesame 3.4%, sunflower seed 3%, sour dough of wheat dried (flour of wheat malted, starter cultures), brown sugarsalt, dextrose, malt barley and wheat malt flour, antioxidant: ascorbic acid, enzymes.
The package contains 2 sachets of active dry yeast in a protective atmosphere (known as brewer's yeast): dehydrated yeast (Saccharomyches cerevisiae), emulsifier: sorbitan monostearate ( E491).
